Understanding Afterpay & Payment Options

 

At Solis Auto Detailing, we make it easy to pay for your service — whether you prefer Afterpay, card, or cash. Our goal is to keep payments simple, flexible, and transparent while keeping your appointment secure.

How Afterpay Works

 

Afterpay lets you get your vehicle detailed now and pay over time.
You can choose between:
   •    Pay in 4: Four interest-free payments made every two weeks.
   •    Pay Monthly: For services over $400, spread payments over 6 or 12 months (with interest).

 

*You’ll need an active Afterpay account with enough available spending limit to cover your total service amount. While you only pay the first portion upfront, Afterpay must pre-approve the entire balance before completing the transaction.*

At the Time of Service

 

  1.    Book your appointment online — no payment required to reserve your spot.
   •    A valid credit or debit card is required to place on file when booking.
   2.    After your detail is complete, you can pay using Afterpay, card, or cash.
   3.    If you choose Afterpay, I’ll walk you through the setup process on your device.
   4.    Once approved, you’ll pay your first installment, and Afterpay automatically handles the rest.

Fees & Important Details

   •    An 8% Afterpay fee is added to cover processing costs.
   •    Payment is due upon service completion.
   •    If Afterpay declines your payment (for example, due to spending limit or approval issues), the card on file or an alternate payment method (card or cash) will be used to complete payment immediately.
   •    Afterpay is available for all detailing services, including ceramic coatings.

 

 

Card on File Policy

When booking, you’ll be asked to place a valid credit or debit card on file.
This card serves as a secure backup in case:
   •    You choose Afterpay but it cannot be approved.
   •    You’re unable to provide another valid payment method (cash or alternate card).

This ensures all payments are completed smoothly and keeps scheduling fair for all clients.
